Returns Policy

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. After returning the product, you will receive a full refund.

If the product is damaged during shipping or accessories are missing, we will send you a new product or replacement parts free of charge.

Most products come with a 60-day warranty. During this period, if the product experiences non-human-induced damage, we will ship replacement parts to you free of charge. For specific product returns or warranty inquiries, please contact customer service.

Shipping

Our products ship from China with an average transit time of approximately 7-30 days (Asia: 5-10 days, Europe: 10-15 days, Americas: 14-28 days). Heavier items may be shipped via land or sea freight, which may extend delivery times. For a very small number of remote countries or regions, delivery may not be possible or may require additional shipping fees. We will notify you via the contact information you provided. You may choose to pay the shipping fees or receive a full refund.
